Referral Program Policy

The Referral Program (“Program”) allows users to earn rewards by recommending Benuca to others. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Participants must:

• Have an active Benuca account
• Be at least 18 years old

2. How Referrals Work

You will receive a unique referral code. When someone signs up using your code and meets the Program requirements, the referral is counted as successful.

3. Reward Structure

Reward amounts may vary and will be communicated on Benuca. Rewards may be issued as discounts, wallet credits, or other non-cash benefits unless stated otherwise.

4. Prohibited Activity

You may not:

• Use spam, misleading claims, or paid ads to promote your link
• Create multiple accounts or refer yourself
• Misrepresent Benuca’s services

5. No Guarantee of Payouts

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke rewards if referrals appear fraudulent or violate this Policy.

6. Program Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Unredeemed rewards may expire if the Program ends.

7. Taxes

Participants are responsible for any taxes associated with referral rewards.
