By accessing or using Benuca, you agree to the payment terms outlined in this section. Fees may apply to certain optional services offered to Users and Agents. All fees will be clearly disclosed before payment is made.
1. General Payment Terms
All payments made on Benuca — whether by Users seeking assistance or Agents purchasing promotional or visibility services — are considered final at the time of payment unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Most services on Benuca are delivered instantly or begin immediately after payment. As a result, fees paid for the following are non-refundable:
- Marketing or visibility packages for Agents
- Premium placement, promotions, or profile boosting
- User assistance or matching services
- Any administrative or verification-related fees
By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that these services cannot be “returned,” reversed, or undone, and that you are not entitled to a refund once the service has started or been delivered.
3. Exceptional Refund Consideration
Refund requests may be considered only in rare situations where:
- A technical error on Benuca resulted in a duplicate charge
- A paid service was not delivered due to a fault on our side
Requests based on dissatisfaction with an Agent, User, property outcome, or unmet expectations outside our control will not qualify for refunds. The Platform is not a party to property negotiations or transactions.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may lead to suspension of your Account. We reserve the right to provide evidence to payment processors demonstrating that services were delivered as described.
5. Refund Process
If your request qualifies for an exceptional refund:
- You must submit the request within 5 days of the payment
- Processing may take 3–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
6. Changes to Fees
We may update our pricing or fees at any time. Any change will apply only to future purchases and will never affect services already paid for.
